Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, everything you need is here. 🚗 Parking and Community Access The home is located in a gated community, offering added safety and privacy. Entry instructions including the gate code will be sent prior to check-in. Parking is limited to two vehicles inside the garage only. Please note: Parking is limited to two vehicles in the garage. There is no additional driveway or street parking available, so please plan accordingly. We recommend carpooling if you’re coming with a group to ensure a smooth experience. Smoking of any kind and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home and backyard. Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted in accordance with Airbnb’s policy. Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property. If additional unregistered guests are found staying at the home, a fee of $20 per extra guest will apply. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other residents in the community. Failure to follow these rules may result in a $100 fee to cover additional cleaning, damages, or violations.
